By downloading, installing, or using Skill Sage AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deployed Intelligence ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of Skill Sage AI.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Skill Sage AI is an AI-powered skill development application that provides:
Skill Sage AI is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Users under 18 should have their parent or guardian's permission to use the App and make any in-app purchases. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the App and any subscription purchases made through their Apple ID account.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all Skill Sage AI features, including:
The free trial is available to new users only. No payment is required during the trial period. After 7 days, a Pro subscription is required to continue using the app.
After the free trial ends, the Pro subscription continues full access to all features:

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region based on local App Store pricing. The applicable price will be shown in the App before you subscribe.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings:
Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You retain Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your active subscription by tapping "Restore Purchases" in the subscription screen. Your Apple ID must be signed in on the device.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we change the price, Apple will notify you before the change takes effect and you will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged the new price.

The App uses a token system to measure AI coaching usage. Tokens are consumed when you send messages to or receive responses from the AI coach.
By using Skill Sage AI, you agree NOT to:
We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation of these terms without notice or refund.
The App, including all content, features, design, code, graphics, logos, and interfaces, is owned by Deployed Intelligence and protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
You retain full ownership of content you create within the App, including practice logs, skill goals, session notes, and personal data. This content is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
By using the AI coaching feature, you grant us a limited license to transmit your messages to Anthropic's Claude API solely for the purpose of generating coaching responses. We do not claim ownership of your personal content and do not store it on our servers.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit through the App and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
The AI coaching feature is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. By using the AI coach, your messages are processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of service, available at anthropic.com/legal/privacy. We are not responsible for Anthropic's data practices or service availability.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Calendar integration uses Apple's EventKit framework. Sign in with Apple is used for authentication. These services are subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.
The App may suggest or link to third-party learning resources including courses, tutorials, articles, and videos. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We specifically disclaim any warranty that:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deployed Intelligence and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.

You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and cancel any active subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property violations or urgent matters.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws that supersede certain provisions of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's standard EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deployed Intelligence regarding your use of Skill Sage AI and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
